delivery pipeline
When taking over, be sure to pick it up from the exit of the pump, that is, from front to back, never connect the two ends first, then the middle. Incorrect connection will cause "internal forces" between the pipes, which can easily cause the pipes to break from the joints during pumping. After the pipeline is connected, the outlet of the pump, the bend, and the pipeline suspension must be firmly fixed to prevent pipeline movement and damage to the pipeline.
The closer the pump is, the higher the pressure of the concrete in the pipeline. Therefore, a new pipe with a thick wall should be used at the exit of the pump, and an old pipe with a thin wall should be used far away from the pump. Life, while reducing the possibility of tube burst. For the elbow, the most serious wear is on the side far from the pump, and the elbow should be turned around frequently to extend its service life.
2.Discharge port, conical tube, distribution valve
For wearing parts such as discharge port, conical tube, distribution valve, once the wear layer is found to be worn away, it can be used for a period of time after surfacing with D507 electrode. Due to the different working conditions at each site, such as the concrete level, pumping distance, and height, etc., the service life of wearing parts such as cutting rings and spectacle plates varies greatly at different sites, but as long as it is used and handled properly, the pump The service life of machine wearing parts can be greatly extended.
3. Cutting ring and eyeglass plate
The cutting ring and the spectacle plate are a closely matched pair of relatively moving parts. The contact surfaces of the two are welded with a layer of wear-resistant material. Through the special-shaped nut at the end of the S-shaped pipe spline shaft, the gap between the two can be adjusted ( 0.1 to 0.2) mm. A rubber spring assembled between the S-shaped tube and the cutting ring allows the cutting ring and the eyeglass plate to move relatively flexibly. As the use time increases, the rubber spring loses its elasticity, and the joint surface of the cutting ring and the spectacle plate will wear, which will cause the gap between the two to increase. When the gap is> 0.7mm, it needs to be adjusted immediately, otherwise the pumped mortar will enter the gap. Once the mortar enters the friction surface, the wear speed of the cutting ring and the spectacle plate will be greatly accelerated.
When pumping concrete, the cutting ring swings with the swing of the S-shaped tube, and plays the role of cutting the concrete. Therefore, the cutting ring wears faster, and the higher the pressure of the concrete at the exit, the more severe the cutting ring is. In general, the wear of the cutting ring first occurs at the edges, and is at two symmetrical locations at an upper angle of 90 °. Therefore, when the above parts of the cutting ring are worn, the cutting ring can be rotated by an angle in time to continue to use, which is equivalent to doubling the service life of the cutting ring.
The wear of the spectacle plate first occurred at the middle bridge of the nose. The larger the gap between the spectacle plate and the cutting ring, the faster the wear rate. Therefore, you must always pay attention to the gap between the spectacle plate and the cutting ring. Once the gap is found to be increased, you must immediately tighten the special-shaped nut or replace the wearing parts to prevent the mortar from entering the friction surface. When the rubber spring loses its elasticity, it needs to be replaced immediately. For repairable cutting rings and spectacle plates, D507 electrode can be used for repair after welding.
